Gino is a Physical Therapist with over 20 years of experience in the area of orthopedics and sports medicine. He is a certified ART® provider and instructor and has had the honor of using these skills on elite athletes at Ironman Events. He has done extensive post graduate coursework in manual therapy including Maitland and McKenzie approaches in addition to ART® and functional strength and conditioning. He specializes in biomechanics and enjoys helping patients get to the root of their problems. He has always been active in sports from track and wrestling in high school and college to recreational running and triathlon.
Renee Cinco, PT and certified Personal Trainer
Renee has been a Physical Therapist for 19 years. She has extensive experience in all areas of PT including pediatrics and pelvic floor dysfunction. She is also a certified Personal Trainer and has taught fitness classes for children and adults. She believes in the power of the body to heal when it is given the proper care and support. Renee uses a variety of techniques in addition to exercise including myofascial release, muscle energy techniques and biofeedback. Renee is a runner and triathlete and has completed dozens of races from 5K runs to ½ Ironman events.
Kristina Gray, MSPT
Kristina Gray is a physical therapist specializing in women's health, pelvic floor dysfunction and orthopedics. She has been a therapist for 11 years working on both the east and west coasts. Prior to moving to San Diego last year, Kristina worked in the Los Angeles area at a women's health specialty clinic and at the UCLA sexual medicine center. Kristina works with OB/Gyn's, urologists, urogynecologists, internal medicine and other physician specialties to treat pelvic floor disorders. Kristina treats her clients with a combination of manual techniques including myofascial release, trigger point release, strain/counterstrain, biofeedback and functional exercise. In her spare time, Kristina enjoys triathlon and has been seen on the podium at local sprint distant events as well as at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships.
